Castelldefels Beach, Castelldefels’ “Hotspot”! (11 kilometers of white sand, calm waters, and all kinds of facilities (showers, sand bars (where you can have a light meal and/or drinks), hammocks, etc.) is perfect for all kinds of water sports: kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, etc. Very close to our apartments is the Castelldefels “Nautical Club,” which offers all kinds of water sports and sailing courses and activities.
Less than 500 meters from us is the “Olimpic Canal” (dedicated to rowing activities at the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games). Today, it’s an area for kayaking, water skiing, biking, jogging, a 9-hole (par 3) golf course, a gym, a restaurant, and more.
There is another nautical activities club (“Club Marítimo”) 2 km away, and a marina (“Port Ginesta”) 5 km away, which is a boat mooring area with a multitude of restaurants and terraces serving varied and quality cuisine in a relaxing environment.
